Birmingham Children's Hospital using Bodet Clocks
Birmingham Children's Hospital are using Bodet's DHF Wireless Clock System in an extended area of their Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).
The expansion contains an extra 11 beds for some of the West Midlands sickest children.
The PICU Team were keen on the Cristalys clock range because they are synchronised together, with a second hand to aid patient observations and a three year battery life.
Clinical Lead, Dr Reinout Mildner, highlighted the importance of the clock's silent operation. He said: "The clocks are noise-free, contributing to a quiet patient environment."
PICU Service Manager Kate Board confirmed she was happy with every aspect of the service she received by the team in Bodet. She said: "The product selection advice, installation and after-sales service we received was excellent and the clocks will be a great asset to the unit."
